Tube Labels
Tubes are a unique challenge. They get squeezed, tossed in bags, exposed to water—you name it. That’s why your label needs to flex, stick, and stay sharp without cracking or peeling.
We work with durable materials like vinyl and polyester, pair them with the right adhesives, and offer finishes that stand up to real-life use while keeping your brand front and center.

Yes—they’re built for it. We use materials and adhesives that are specifically chosen to move with your tubes without wrinkling, peeling, or lifting. Here’s how we make sure your labels flex and stay in place:
-
- Flexible materials like MDO and BOPP wrap smoothly around curved or tapered tubes and stay flat even when squeezed.
- High-tack adhesives are matched to low-energy surfaces and pressure points, so the label holds tight without slipping or curling.
- Design recommendations includes overlap and edge placement to avoid stress points that can cause lifting, especially around crimps or contours.
- Protective finishes help the label resist moisture, abrasion, and fading so it looks good and lasts through daily use.
If your tubes bend, twist, or get handled a lot, we’ll help you pick a label setup that keeps everything in place and looking sharp.

For tubes and other flexible packaging, we lean on materials that move with your product and still hold up over time. Here’s what we trust most:
- MDO (Machine-Direction Oriented film) – This stuff is made to flex. It stretches with the tube, then bounces back without creasing or peeling, perfect for anything that gets squeezed or twisted.
- BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) – Great for curved surfaces and high-moisture environments. It resists water, oil, and scuffing, while keeping colors crisp and clean. We use it a lot for cosmetics and personal care products.
- Shrink Sleeves – If your tube shape is irregular or you want full-body coverage, shrink sleeves are a solid choice. They conform edge-to-edge with no adhesive, and give you 360° design space plus added durability.
We’ll help you match the right material to your tube’s shape, how it’s used, and where it’s going.

We build labels to handle real-world use, including wet hands, steamy bathrooms, and oily products. While we don’t throw around the word “waterproof,” we do make labels that are highly water-resistant and tough against oils and chemicals. Here’s how:
- Durable film materials like MDO and BOPP naturally repel water and hold up in oily or harsh environments.
- Moisture-resistant adhesives keep your label in place even on slick or curved surfaces like tubes.
- Protective coatings or laminates seal the printed surface, so your design won’t smudge, fade, or break down with handling.
We’ll help you choose the right combo of material, adhesive, and finish to make sure your label performs in whatever conditions your product faces.
