For tubes and other flexible packaging, we lean on materials that move with your product and still hold up over time. Here’s what we trust most:

• MDO (Machine-Direction Oriented film) – This stuff is made to flex. It stretches with the tube, then bounces back without creasing or peeling, perfect for anything that gets squeezed or twisted.

• BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) – Great for curved surfaces and high-moisture environments. It resists water, oil, and scuffing, while keeping colors crisp and clean. We use it a lot for cosmetics and personal care products.

• Shrink Sleeves – If your tube shape is irregular or you want full-body coverage, shrink sleeves are a solid choice. They conform edge-to-edge with no adhesive, and give you 360° design space plus added durability.

We build labels to handle real-world use, including wet hands, steamy bathrooms, and oily products. While we don’t throw around the word “waterproof,” we do make labels that are highly water-resistant and tough against oils and chemicals. Here’s how:

Before printing your custom tube labels, we will provide a digital proof via email for your approval. This allows you to review your label, confirming details like positioning, color accuracy, text legibility, and more, prior to full production. Our printers are capable of matching up to 97% of the full color spectrum, allowing us to achieve precise color reproduction for your beer labels. We use advanced CMYK printing to produce an extensive gamut of colors. For designs requiring an expanded range, we also print using WOVG ink sets which add white, orange, violet and green.

Our top-of-the-line color management program and processes ensure we hit the correct hues, tints and shades. We color calibrate and profile all of our presses so your unique color palettes and gradations print true to your vision.
