Perfume Packaging Labels
Blue Label Packaging prints custom perfume labels and fragrance bottle labels for niche artisans and multi-line fragrance brands. Our labels use oil-, alcohol-, and abrasion-resistant materials that hold up to fragrance oils and daily handling, with finishes like foil stamping and spot UV for a premium look. There are no minimum order quantities, and you get a quote in under 24 hours.
Perfume sells on how the bottle looks and feels in hand, so the label has to match the product inside it. We print from our facility in Lancaster, Ohio and ship nationwide, and we help you choose the right material and finish for the bottle, the fragrance, and the shelf it will sit on.

For most perfume bottles, a film label holds up best. Clear film gives the look of printing straight on the glass, and white BOPP film gives bright, opaque color. Both are waterproof and resist the fragrance oils and alcohol that perfume spills leave behind. If you want a boutique, tactile feel, textured or estate papers look and feel high-end, though they are better suited to bottles that stay on a shelf than ones handled constantly. Tell us your bottle and how it will be used, and we will spec the right material.

Yes. Fragrance labels, perfume stickers, and perfume bottle labels are all the same core product for us, just different names for a custom-printed pressure-sensitive label (a sticker label applied with adhesive). We print them for eau de parfum, eau de toilette, perfume oils, body sprays, and solid perfumes, plus the outer boxes and cartons if you want the packaging to match.

Yes. We have no minimum order quantity, so you can order a short run for a new fragrance, a sample batch, or a limited edition without paying for volume you do not need. Because we print digitally, there are no plates to buy, so small runs stay affordable. As your line grows, we can scale the quantity up on the same artwork.

Waterproof BOPP film with the right adhesive is the workhorse here. It resists the alcohol and fragrance oils in most perfumes, along with humidity and daily handling, so labels stay put and stay readable. Adding a laminate or spot UV gives an extra layer of protection against smudging and scuffing. We match the material to how your bottle will be stored, filled, and handled.

The most popular premium finishes are foil stamping, embossing and debossing, and spot UV, which adds a raised, glossy accent over a matte background. Metallic inks and textured papers also read as high-end. These finishes work well for logos, borders, and limited editions where you want the bottle to feel worth its price. We can help you combine finishes without overloading a small label.

Yes, when it is built for it. Film labels use adhesives made to grip glass, so they resist lifting at the edges even with frequent handling and humidity. The print sits under a protective laminate or coating, so it holds up to fingerprints, testers, and the occasional spill. We spec the material and adhesive for the bottle and the environment it will live in.

Yes. We offer recycled label materials, compostable and biodegradable options, soy-based inks, and water-based adhesives. If sustainability is part of your brand story, tell us and we will suggest materials that fit both your look and your handling needs. Some eco options trade a little durability, so it is worth weighing that against how the bottle will be used.

Perfume is regulated as a cosmetic in the US, so labels generally need the product identity, net quantity, an ingredient declaration, and the name and place of business of the maker or distributor. Fragrance blends can often be listed as “fragrance” rather than each component. Rules change and vary by market, so it is worth confirming current guidance with the FDA or a labeling consultant before you print. We will make sure the artwork leaves room for the required copy.

We offer shipping through several vendors like UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Ground, Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, and custom freight options.

We don’t design labels in house, but we do have resources to help, including a directory of designers we’ve worked with and a gallery for inspiration. If you already have artwork, we will make sure it is print-ready.
