Add a Fresh Look to your Tea with Professional Labels

Tea sells on the shelf and in the hand. A loose-leaf tin, a resealable pouch, a box of sachets, a bottle of ready-to-drink tea. Each one needs a label that reads as carefully made as the blend inside. We print custom tea labels for every one of those formats, on materials that match the look you want and hold up to the way tea is stored and handled.

Whether you are launching one blend or a full shelf of them, we can size and print your labels to fit your exact container. There are no minimum order quantities on our end, so you can run a small first batch and reprint as demand grows.

Shapes and sizes for tins, pouches, and sachets

Shapes and sizes for tins, pouches, and sachets

Tea comes in more container shapes than almost any other beverage, so we print to fit each one. Round labels wrap tins and canisters. Square and rectangular labels suit jars and stand-up pouches. Die-cut roll labels handle custom shapes and sachet or tea-bag boxes. We size the artwork to your exact container so nothing wraps short or leaves an awkward gap.
Materials that fit how tea is stored and shipped

Materials that fit how tea is stored and shipped

Most tea lives on a pantry shelf or in a cabinet, so a coated paper or a natural kraft label works well and looks the part. If your tea ships in a tin that gets handled a lot, or if you sell a ready-to-drink bottle or can that sees a cooler and condensation, we suggest a waterproof film instead. Options include matte and gloss paper, white and clear vinyl (a plastic film that resists water and scuffing), and recycled kraft paper for an unbleached, earthy look. We will match the material to where your tea will actually sit.
Eco-friendly options worth considering

Eco-friendly options worth considering

Tea buyers notice sustainability, and the label is part of that story. We offer recycled paper stocks, and depending on your project, compostable facestocks, water-based adhesives, and soy-based inks are worth exploring. If a lighter footprint matters to your brand, tell us up front and we will walk you through what is available and what it means for durability and print.
Finishes and print quality that match a premium blend

Finishes and print quality that match a premium blend

A good finish tells people you put care into the product. We print foil accents, spot gloss, soft-touch matte, and bright, saturated color. Digital printing on our HP Indigo presses keeps color consistent from blend to blend with no plates to buy, which is what makes a multi-flavor lineup practical. Each blend can carry its own artwork and color story in the same run, and adding a seasonal blend later does not mean starting over.

Tea Label FAQs

Nearly all of them. We print custom tea labels for tins and canisters, resealable stand-up pouches, sachet and tea-bag boxes, pyramid tea-bag cartons, glass jars for artisanal blends, and bottles or cans for ready-to-drink tea. Tell us your container and we will size the label to fit it.

It depends on your container and where it sits. For pouches and boxes that live on a dry shelf, a coated paper or a recycled kraft stock looks great and keeps costs down. For tins that get handled often, or ready-to-drink bottles and cans that meet ice and condensation, a waterproof vinyl or BOPP film (a plastic film that resists water and scuffing) holds up better. We will spec the material for how your tea is stored and shipped.

Yes. Depending on the project, we offer recycled paper stocks, compostable facestocks, water-based adhesives, and soy-based inks. These are worth exploring if sustainability is part of your brand. Some eco materials trade off a little durability or finish range, so we will walk you through the options and help you pick the right balance.

We ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, including Ground, Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, and custom freight options.

We do not design labels in house, but you do not have to start from scratch. We keep a directory of Blue Label Approved designers we have worked with, and a portfolio of past tea label designs for inspiration. If you already have artwork, send it over and we will check it against our artwork guidelines before printing.

Our preferred formats are Adobe Illustrator or a high-resolution PDF. Full specs are in our artwork checklist, and our team will flag anything that needs adjusting before your labels go to print.

Our printers can match up to 97% of the full color spectrum using CMYK, with optional expanded ink sets for even wider range. That keeps your brand colors consistent across every blend and every reprint.

Foil accents, spot gloss, soft-touch matte, and bright saturated color are all available, and they pair well with both paper and film labels. If you want a premium look for a gift tin or a signature blend, a foil or soft-touch finish is worth considering.

No. We print without minimum order quantities, so you can run a small first batch of a new blend and reprint the ones that sell. Digital printing means no plates, so short runs and multi-blend orders stay practical.

Yes. Before we print your tea labels, we send a digital proof by email so you can check positioning, color, and text before production starts.
