  • Product Identity & Net Quantity: Clearly state that your product is “Peanut Butter” along with the net weight (e.g., in ounces and grams) so that customers know exactly what they’re getting.
  • Ingredient List: Provide a comprehensive ingredient list that includes all food ingredients in descending order by weight. This should include items like vegetable oils, sugar, and any other additives. Make sure that any peanut allergies are clearly communicated by highlighting peanuts as a major allergen.
  • Nutrition Facts: Include a detailed nutrition facts panel that outlines important metrics such as calories, fat content (including saturated fat and trans fat details), sugar content, and grams of protein. This helps your customers understand the nutrition profile of your peanut butter.
  • Allergen Information: Emphasize any warnings regarding peanut allergies so that consumers with sensitivities can make informed decisions.
  • Branding & Contact Information: Clearly display your peanut butter branding with your logo and company name, along with manufacturer or distributor contact details. This builds trust and allows your customers to reach out if they have any questions.

  • High-Performance Adhesives: We recommend application with specially formulated, oil-resistant adhesives—often acrylic-based. These adhesives ensure that your label stays securely on your jar, even when exposed to oil separation during storage.
  • Protective Coatings:
    • Overlamination: We apply a clear overlaminate that not only enhances your peanut butter branding but also creates a robust barrier against the oils found in your product.
    • UV Coatings and Varnishes: These additional layers of protection help guard the label’s surface against peanut oil penetration, ensuring that your design remains vibrant and legible over time.
